The challenge
As a provider of high-quality SaaS solutions to governments, information security is crucial for Atabix. Their applications process a large amount of sensitive data, so they were looking for a reliable partner to conduct a penetration test. Not just a standard scan, but an in-depth assessment to identify both functional and technical vulnerabilities.
Our solution
Horizon IT conducted an extensive penetration test, using both automated vulnerability scans and manual testing to assess the security of their applications. In addition to technical weaknesses, we also examined logical vulnerabilities in the software’s functionality.
What is a pentest
A penetration test (pentest) is a controlled attack on your own systems, performed by ethical hackers. The goal: to discover where you are vulnerable before malicious actors do. Think of insecure configurations, vulnerable login mechanisms, or data-leak-prone APIs.

The findings were documented in a clear report with concrete recommendations. No abstract scores, but practical insights that developers and administrators can implement immediately.
