Client challenge
Entrepreneurs are increasingly confronted with criminal interference. The Platform Safe Entrepreneurship (PVO) Brabant-Zeeland aims to inform and support entrepreneurs as effectively as possible in strengthening their resilience. It is crucial to reach these entrepreneurs quickly and efficiently with the right, relevant information. The current traditional information provision via the PVO website was insufficient for this purpose.
Our solution
ChatGPT/OpenAI enables people to interact with a chatbot function on a desired theme. Based on PVO’s existing data, we developed ChatPVO, a bot that significantly improves the quality of answers and thereby provides better service to entrepreneurs.
Additionally, we can better anticipate entrepreneurs’ needs by capturing the details and themes of their queries. This allows us to build a solution that delivers more substantive answers to their questions. The provided solution also includes several pre-programmed “prompts” to immediately provide entrepreneurs with the right answers on specific topics.
Result
The first version of ChatPVO was launched in January 2024 for the PVO sites of Brabant and Zeeland. The outcomes and results were so valuable that it was decided to develop a next version of ChatPVO for nationwide implementation. With ChatPVO, the information provided to entrepreneurs is much more accurate and therefore more valuable. This new version will be available on the new sites by mid-July.
This new way of supporting entrepreneurs not only gives them rapid access to the right information but also provides insight into the topics that concern this group, making the information provision even more valuable.

Platform Safe Entrepreneurship (PVO) helps entrepreneurs protect themselves against various forms of crime. PVO is active in the ten police regions of the Netherlands, collaborating with the police, judiciary, municipalities, industry associations, and entrepreneurs to combat all types of crime.
